Project Challenges
The challenge was to link the two existing retail units into one large restaurant. Luckily, our team had carried out the works to create the two units some 20 years earlier, so we were able to assist the design team in developing the concept as they had an in depth knowledge of the structure.
Access on site was a particular challenge, as we only had a drop off area for deliveries, which had to be cleared regularly.
So it was all hands on deck with any delivery or skip collections.
